    small garlic clove

    cup baby carrots

    cup broccoli

    tbsp olive oil

    cup whole wheat orzo

  • ½

    tsp salt

    cup water

  • cup chicken broth

  • cup parmesan cheese


place shallot and garlic in food processor and pulse to chop add baby carrots and broccoli to food processor and pulse until finely chopped In a large stock pot, heat 2 tsp of olive oil and sauté chopped vegetables, raw orzo and salt for 4 min and stir add water and broth to the pot and cook over medium heat for 10 min uncovered until mixture thickens add parmesan cheese and stir
