BETTY'S SOURDOUGH BISCUITS

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. starter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and margarine. Work until it looks like pastry. Add baking powder, soda, salt and starter. Mix and knead well. Roll and cut. If there is time let cut biscuits sit on counter for 1/2 hour before putting in the oven.

Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
