Ingredients

• 6 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• fresh fruit and/or cubed angel food cake

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave chopped bittersweet chocolate with heavy cream on 75 percent power until melted, about 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit and/or cubed angel food cake, for dipping.
