Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

  • 30 lg marshmallows
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 pt whipping cream
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 square baking chocolate
  • 1 baked and cooled 9" pie shell or graham cracker crust

Preparation

Step 1

Melt marshmallows and milk in double boiler or 1-2 minutes in the microwave; cool. Grate choclate; set aside. When marshmallow mixture is cool, whip cream until thick. Add choclate to marshmallow mixture, then add marshmallow mixture to whipped cream; gently blend. Stir in vanilla. Spread in pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to serve
