Ingredients
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 dry vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup caramel topping plus a little more for drizzling

Preparation
Step 1
Cream softened cream cheese and butter.
Add caramel topping and beat well.
Cream in brown sugar and powdered sugar
Add vanilla and dry pudding mix
Fold in Chocolate chips and pecans
Pat into ball and refrigerate for one hour.
Place ball on serving platter, drizzle with caramel topping and serve with chocolate wafers, chocolate graham crackers, Vanilla wafers or sliced apples.
