Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined. Fold in the pecans.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape into 1 inch balls, roll the balls in coconut.

Refigerate for 4 hours or over night.

2 dozen cookies.
