FRENCH OMELETS

  • 6 EGGS
  • 2 T water
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 T water
  • 1/4 t salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 t water
  • 1/8 t salt
  • pinch of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

With a fork, beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper until the mix is well blended. Heat a large skillet for 6 egg omelet or small for smaller with 1-2 T of butter. Tilt pan to grease sides. Do not allow butter to burn. add egg mix and cook slowly. Run spatula around edge, lifting to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. This takes approx
2-3 min. Remove from pan.

You can fill with cheese ham, mushrooms, peppers onions
