Orange Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• Syrup:
• 1 package Signature Orange Supreme Cake Mix
• 3 large egg whites
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp. grated orange peel
• 1 cup grated zucchini
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp. orange juice
• confectioners' sugar, for garnish
• peach slices
• orange slices for garnish, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350* Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.Combine cake mix, eggs, water, and cinnamon. Beat at low speed 2 minutes. Fold in orange peel and zucchini. bake at 350* 50-55 minutesCool in pan 15 minutesInvert on to serving plate. Turn right side up. Poke holes in tops of warm cake . Combine sugar and OJ in saucepan.Cook on med heat until sugar dissolves..Spoon hot syruo over each loaf. Cool completely. Garnish with sugar and orange slices and peach slices.
