Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cup flour
• 2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cup salad oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• ICING (make 1 1/2 recipe)
• 1 stick butter
• 1 oz cream cheese
• 1 lb c. sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well while folding in the following:
-3 cup carrots ground
-1 cup nuts
-1 cup raisins
-Bake in 29 in round pans for 1 hr
