Ingredients
- 1 c frozen peas
- 1/2 c water

Step 1
Put peas into a steamer basket, or place into a saucepan covered by one inch of water. Steam peas until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Reserve water. Transfer peas to a blender using a slotted spoon. Purée peas while gradually adding just enough of the reserved water to reach a smooth consistency.
