Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots
- salted water
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 c orange juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots until tender and cool
Melt butter and add flour and brown sugar
Add the orange juice,stirring untilthe mixture boils and thickens slightly
Pour over the carrots and stir to coat
