CALICO MERINGUES

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • pinch or cream of tartar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 34 c m&M plain choc candies

Preparation

Step 1

1-separate the eggs

2-beat the whites with cream of tartar til foamy

3-gradually beat in the sgar to make a stiff meringue

4-fold in m&ms

5-grease and flour large cookie sheet

6-Drop meringue mix by teaspoon onto cookie sheet

7-Bake 250 30 min. Meringues should be firm to touch but still white

8-cool
