Ingredients
- 4 ripe calavo avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
- 2 vine-ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 jalapeño or Serrano chiles, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, stems discarded
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 fresh garlic clove mashed or minced or 1/8 tsp garlic powder juice from 1 fresh lime
- Hot pepper sauce, salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
4 ripe calavo avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
2 vine-ripe tomatoes, chopped

2 jalapeño or Serrano chiles, minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped, stems discarded
1tsp dried oregano
1 fresh garlic clove mashed or minced or 1/8 tsp garlic powder juice from 1 fresh lime
Hot pepper sauce, salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 to 2 hours. Serve as a dip with chips, fresh cut or use as a spread or topping on sandwiched, burgers or Mexican entrees.
