Ingredients
- 1 lb finely ground fully cooked ham
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 medium potaotes, peeled and cooked
- 2 tbsp butter,melted
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese,grated
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
in a large bowl, combine ham and onion. shred potatoes and add to ham mixture. stir in butter, parmesan, mustard, worchertershire sauce, horeradish and pepper
spoon into greased 11x7 inch baking dish, pressing down formly. combine cheese, sprinkle over the top. bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted
