Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 / teaspoons grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon salt on each side. Combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and 2 teaspoons pepper in a small dish. Place chicken in pan and cover with marinade. Cover dish w/ plasic and refigerate for at least 4 hours. Turn chicken 2 or 3 times. Cook as normal.
