Light Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 T. 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients in bowl, gently stirring in blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to develop.
