Ingredients
- 2 c quick oats
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 14 c light corn syrup
- FROSTING
- 2/3 c semi sweet choc chips
- 4 T peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
1=Combine oats and butter in glass bowl. Microwave uncovered 3-4 min til heated
2-Stir in br sugar and corn syrup, microwave uncovered 1 1/2 -2 1/2 min. til heated and sugar dissolved
3-Turn into greased 11 x 7" baking dish and press out evenly
4-Place choc chips in 2 c glass measure, microwave uncovered 1 1/2-2 1/2 min til choc is glossy stir til smooth
5-Blend in peanut butter, spread over warm bars
6-Refridge til set cut in squares
