- 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 (8-oz) container whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
- 1-1/4 cups peanut butter cups, chopped & divided
- Graham crackers, pretzels, and apple slices, for serving
- Preparation:
- Whip the ricotta cheese in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer in a large mixing bowl for 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Add the cream cheese, peanut butter, and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the confectioner's sugar to the ricotta cheese mixture, then the heavy cream and salt. Mix until combined. Gently stir in 1 cup of the peanut butter cups.
- Place the dip in a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of peanut butter cups and serve with the graham crackers, pretzels, and apple slices.
