BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of water
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 8 oz jar cheese whiz/velvetta
  • 1 lb frozen broccoli or fresh
  • 3/4 c butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to a boil, water and chicken cubes. Add bite size broccoli. Melt butter in small pan, add flour to make a roux and then stir into boiling water. Stir til thick and smooth. Add cheese stir til melted.
