Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups white flour
- 3 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 eggs
- 2 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin/butternut squash
- 1 cup corn oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup walnuts(optional)

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and raisins.
Add eggs, pumpkin, oil and water, beat til smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into 2 waxpaper lined 5x7 loaf pans.
Bake at 325 for 2 hours.
