Fudgy sugarfree flourless oat chocolate cookie

Ingredients

• 1 cup rolled oats not instant
• pinch salt
• 1/2 cup granulated splenda
• 4 tbs cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup melted cooled butter
• 2 egg whites
• optional dark chocolate rasins

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oats,splenda,cocoa and saltin bowl. In another bow; combine butter, egg whites and vanilla whisk until well combined and cocoa is dissolved.add rasins and fold in if using. Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix with fork until well combined. Chill several hours. To bake preheat oven to 350 on parchment lined baking sheet put small amount batter about 2tsp spaced apart on sheet press with tines of fork to 1/2 in thickness bake 12 min until slightly firm to touch. they will firm up as they cool.
