Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 3 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. uncooked rice

Step 1
Brown sausage, remove meat and pour off fat, saving 2 Tbls.to cook celery, onions, and green peppers til tender. Combine soups and gradually stir in water. Stir in rice and put in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 min. more.
