Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp accent
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- garlic, oil, onion
- 1 3/4 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients together and dredge veal cutlets.
In skillet, heat oil, saute garlic, onion and veal cutlets.
Add remainder of ingredients to skillet and heat through.
Return cutlets to pan and simmer 25 minutes.
