Quick Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cup (200 g) flour
  • 5 tsp (25 g) baking powder
  • 5 tbsp (75 ml) oil
  • 1 tsp (5 g) salt
  • 3/4 cup (190 ml) milk

Preparation

Step 1

1.Mix dry ingredients together.
2.Mix the oil and milk together.
3.Add the liquid mixture to the solid mixture in a single stroke. Stir with a fork until a ball of dough is formed.
4.Put the ball of dough on a floured surface and roll it out to a 1/4 inch thick circle.
5.When your pizza is topped and ready to cook, bake for about 15 minutes at 475°F.
