Ingredients
- Serves 4
- 4 Fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Coarsely ground pepper.

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium ( if using gas grill ), or until charcoal is covered with grey ash and is medium-hot.
Wash hands. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic-salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
Place chicken on heated grill. Brush with half of the sauce, grill for 8 min.
Turn over and baste with remaining sauce. Grill 7 to 8 min. longer or until internal juices run clear.
