Honey Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c honey
  • 1 c evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine honey, milk & butter in medium saucepan; mix well. Cook and stir until mixutre comes to a boil. Cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes longer or until mixture thickens and becomes caramel colored. Pour into sterilzed gift jars. Keep refrigerated.
