This banana cashew smoothie is very refreshing, but also filling. Soak the cashews overnight and it is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast.

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Step 1

Place water and cashews in a blender. Cover and refrigerate until the cashews have softened, at least 6 hours (and up to overnight). Add ice, banana and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and frothy. Yumm-o!
