Ingredients
- 2 tbsp english cucumbers, peeled and grated
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp fresh dillweed chopped or 1 tsp dried dillweed
- 3/4 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 6 oz non fat greek yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
1. peel and grate cucumbers(avoid over-grating). Stir in salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain well.Stir in dill, garlic, pepper, lemon juice, mint,cumin and yogurt. Mix well. refrigerate until ready to use
