Ingredients
- Topping:
- 6 oz. can frozen organe juice, thawed (3/4 cup)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Grease & flour bottom of pan. Combine 1/2 cup of orange juice concentrate with remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend at lowest speed for 30 seconds. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degress for 40-50 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients in small bowl.
Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake; sprinkle with topping.
