Ingredients
- Tea:
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 C tomato juice
- 1/2 t hot sauce
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- a dash of celery salt
- Steam:
- 2-3 cups boiling water
- infused with anise and ginger
- Sleep;
- 2-3 additional pillows

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all tea ingredients and heat to your drinkable temp.
With a towel draped over your head breath in the steam of boiling water infused with ginger and anise. Be cautious of getting too close you don't want to burn your face or nasal passages.
Sleep with your head raised to allow better drainage.
