Ingredients
- 1 &1/4 cup chocolate crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup strong coffee or espresso
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 & 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix chocolate crumbs and butter until combined.
3. Spoon 1 & 1/2 tbsp of crumb mixture into 12 paper lined muffin cups. Press firmly into bottom of each cup
Filling:
1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy.
2. Add yogurt slowly. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly into crusts.
3. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until cheesecakes have set. For an elegant presentation drizzle with melted chocolate.
