Ingredients
- 7/8 cup water, lukewarm
- 2 1/2 cups white bread flour
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup rye flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 1/8 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
