- 15 lb. Red Apples
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

2 12 quart Large Pots or larger
1 Large Serving Bowl
Take and clean the apples. The apples then need to be cut into quarters. In a large pot, put a quarter cup of sugar, quarter cup of water. Fill the pot with the cut apples. You will cover and cook, till the apples are extremely soft. You will need to either use two pots to cook all the apples or use one or cook a second batch. Place the mill firmly on another pot; scoop the cooked apples into the mill. Turning the handle on the mill, till all apples are processed. Continue this function, till all apples are milled. When all the apples have been milled, sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the applesauce and stir in. Let the applesauce cool and refrigerate.
