Creamy Cranberry Salad

  • 3 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries thawed & chopped
  • 1 can (20oz)unsweetened crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 med apple chopped
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts



Step 1

In large bowl mix first 6 ingredients until blended.
Refrigerate, covered overnight.
In a large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
Put metal mixing bowl in freezer for 5 min so cream
will mix faster. Fold cream & walnuts into cranberry mixture.
Serve right away.
