Green Sauce
(similar to the good stuff at Ninfa's)

3 medium green tomatoes
3 avocados
3 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno
salt to taste

Mix in a blender until smooth, then add 1 1/2 cups sour cream.
Heat until boiling for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
