Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 3 T wilton meringue powder
  • 1 lb (4 c) powdered sugar
  • 6 T warm water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat all ingredients until icing forms peaks (7-10 min at low with stand mixer or 10-12 min on high with hand mixer)

2.Use 1 T less water for stiffer icing.
