Easy Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

  • 39 (1 1/2 pounds) Farm Rich® Meatballs, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 8 large hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

CRUMBLE meatballs using a food processor or by hand. In a frying pan, saute crumbled meatballs for 5-8 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
STIR in ketchup, dried onion, sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SERVE on warmed buns.
