Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 16oz. can black beans
- 1 11oz. can corn
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 tortillas

Step 1
In skillet heat salsa and chili powder to boiling. Stir in rice, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in beans, corn, and cheese into rice mixture. Roll in tortilla shells.
