Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 (10-oz) package frozen asparagus spears, cooked
- or fresh asparagus
- 1 lb. large shrimp, cooked, shelled, deveined
- 1/2 lb. scallops or cubed white fish, cooked in butter
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/3 cup pitted black olives
- Avocado Hollandaise Dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange lettuce leaves on large platter.
Top with asparagus, shrimp, scallops, and eggs arranged in any fashion desired.
Garnish with olives.
Serve with dressing.
