This is Donna Guthries recipe and is very good. Makes a large batch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. burger
  • 1 lg. box Velvetta cheese
  • 2 cans of Hormel chili--without beans
  • 1 can of encilotta sauce--mild
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with green chillies

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and crumble burger. Cut Velveeta in small chunks for easier melting and mix with burger and hormel chili, enchilotta sauce and rotel tomatoes. Melt together, keep in crock pot on low. Very good and not too spicy. If you want it spicier add a can of hot peppers. Wheeew!!!!!!
