Nut Goodie Bars

Ingredients

  • Cook to boiling and boil for 1 min:
  • 1 - 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 - 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • Melt together and pour 1/2 of mixture into a greased 12x15 pan. Put in
  • refrigerator. Save remaining half to topping.
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. dry vanilla pudding, the cooked variety, not instant
  • 1 1/2 t. maple flavoring

Preparation

Step 1

Add to this mixture, 2 lbs powdered sugar and mix will. Pour over
hardened choc. mixutre and spread. To the remaining melted mixture, add 2 c. chopped peanuts and pour
over sugar mixture, spread. Refrigerate until set before cutting. Best
if kept cool. Freezes well.
