  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled, quartered (~ 6 cups)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tub (8oz) Philadelphia Chive & Onion cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes and enough water to cover in 3 qt saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 to 25 min or until tender. Drain.

Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in milk, cream cheese spread and dressing until light and fluffy. Serve immediately.
