Mix well. Beat eggs, sugar, spices, salt, pumpkin. Add milk and stir until smooth. Pour into a pie shell. (9 1/2 glass pie plate). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 400 - 10 minutes Bake 350 - 35 minutes Sometimes it takes 55min to 1 hour. Check at 5 minute intervals with knife in center. Frozen pumpkin requires 4 cups drained to make 2 cups.
