• 1 orange bell pepper (capsicum)
• 1 orange, peeled
• 5 carrots
• 1 large handful spinach

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Wash all ingredients well.

2.) Peel the orange and remove seeds from the pepper.

3.) Add all produce through the juicer and enjoy!
