Bar, Rice Krispie Crunch Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 8 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 4 T. oleo
  • 2 T. water
  • 1 C. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together.
Add 8 C. Rice Krispies.
Spread 1/2 of this mixture in a greased 9x13 pan; put in freezer.
Melt the chocolate chips, oleo, and add the water. Stir in the powdered sugar.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispie mixture that was hardened in the freezer.
Then cover with other 1/2 of Rice Krispie mixture that was set aside at first.
