Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. yellow or chocolate cake mix
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter & cheese, blend in egg yolk & vanilla. Add cake mix 1/3 at a time, mix well. If using electric mixer, add last part and mix by hand. Chill dough 1/2 hour.
Heat oven to 375. Drop by scant tsp. on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 mins. till delicately browned. Cool cookies before removing from baking sheet.
