Ingredients
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 3/4 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 3 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (1/2 lb) package of ready to eat roasted chicken breast, shredded
- 1 (16 oz.) package ready to eat garden salad
- 1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
- 1 (13.5 oz.) bag baked tortilla chips

toss well
divide tortilla chips evenly among 8 plates
top each with 1 cup salad mix
