Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 tablesppon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 (10oz) can cream chicken soup
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish w/ cooking spray.
In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, and salt; cook about 5 minutes stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Stir in chicken, corn and soup; cook and stir until hot.
In medium bowl, mix bisquick, milk and 1/2 cup of the cheese and thyme. With floured fingers, press crust mixture evenly into bottom and up 1 inch up the sides of the baking dish. Spoon hot filling into crust.
Bake 22-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle top w/ remaining cheese and serve.
