Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 stick plus 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup shredded Munster cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Cook elbow macaroni according to directions for casserole.
Mix all ingredients. Season with seasoned salt and pepper.
Sprinkle extra of each cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
