Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 (29-ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except marshmallows; mix well. Spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle evenly with marshmallows.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
